Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders the same day or the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options
US delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected. Ground shipping is estimated at 3-7 business days after shipment. Priority Shipping is estimated at 2-4 business days after shipment. These estimates exclude order processing time.
Free standard US shipping applies to orders over $200 after discounts. Expedited shipping cost extra. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available services, rates and delivery estimates. International delivery times vary by destination.
Same-Day Uber Delivery (NYC Only)
We offer same-day Uber delivery from our private warehouse in Mill Basin, Brooklyn.
This service is paid by the customer.
No pickups are allowed at our warehouse.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow tracking information up to 24 hours to update.
