Return and Shipping Policy

Men’s Items:
We accept returns on all men’s merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items must have tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition. Any item that shows signs of wear, odor, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return. Any item received by mail outside of the 7-day period will be charged a 50% late fee from the value of the items returned. 

Women’s Items:
Due to ongoing issues with items being returned damaged, worn, or with makeup stains from try-ons, all women’s merchandise is FINAL SALE.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on women’s items under any circumstances.

Kids Items:
We accept returns on kid's items, unless otherwise stated in the product description. All returned items must be unworn, brand new, and have all original tags attached.

Electronics:
All electronic sales are FINAL SALE. All electronics are brand-new and unused at the time of sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Returned items must be received in their original, resalable condition with all original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered, or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
