YES, you have up to 7 days after delivery date to notify us that you want to exchange or receive a refund. Designer Luxury Items,Sneakers & Women Apparel Are Excluded From Refunds or Exchanges. You must contact us and send us back the product before the 7th day with all tags attached and in brand new condition. You are refunded in full for your product except the shipping/handling charges.You are responsible for shipping/handling.There is no refund OR exchange on Kids Apparel, Women Apparel or Sneakers. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sneakers due to fraudulent scenarios where a customer would return a fake pair of sneakers or different sneakers resulting in us having to open up cases.  We usually ship out Same Day or next business day. Shipping takes 1 to 5 days after shipping date.
